Only one person allowed along with Patient inside the
hospital.
 Reception & Enquiry Counter:
The patients are requested to contact the Enquiry counter,
which functions from
8:30 am to 5.30 pm, for any guidance/information and
registration regarding hospital. In Emergency cases, the patients are immediately seen by the Ophthalmologist. On registration the patients will be issued a card with the Registration Number which should be used for
every future reference and consultation.
 Surgery Scheduling and
Counseling Centre :
The Surgery counseling Counter is located on the ground floor, which handles the surgery scheduling and patient queries regarding surgery.
 Consultation Area :
Consultation Rooms are located on the Ground Floor, attendants
with the concerned doctors are there to provide all necessary guidance.
 Patients Relation and Administration Department :
Prime importance is given to the needs and satisfaction of patients. People seeking guidance or
assistance or complains may contact this
department for immediate attention.
 Pharmaceutical
Shop :
A Pharmaceutical shop is located near optical shop and it is opened from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
 Optical Shop :
An Optical Shop is located just at the entrance and it is
open from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
 Visiting Hours :
Visiting hours are 10.30 to 12.00 in the morning and 4:00 to 7:00 in the evening.
 Food Service :
Catering services are available in the ward through
Nethralaya Canteen. The patients/attendants may also avail
food service facility, in the canteen close to the main
building.
 Communication Facilities :
A STD/PCO facility is available near the reception counter.
 Security :
Well trained security guards are available for 24- hours service at the gate.
